About

Denise is originally from Cleveland, OH, but now resides in Dallas, TX. Having attended Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, NC, she has a degree in Theatre and Music. She also received her Master of Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, TX. She is also pursuing a PhD in forensic psychology and is working on her dissertation. Denise is a licensed professional counselor and a licensed chemical dependency counselor, among other things.

Denise is currently serving at Grace Fellowship in Kaufman, TX, as the Worship Minister and Student Minister. Denise’s speaking style is to use sound Biblical teaching and personal experiences to make the message of Jesus Christ applicable to as many people as possible. She has spoken to groups of non-believers as well as believers in a large variety of circumstances and types of venues.

Denise believes that worship is lifestyle as opposed to an event of music before a message. She believes that it is more than just a way to tug on people’s emotions to get them to respond. No, worship is an everyday choice. It is something that we engage in with everything that we do. When Denise leads a time of corporate worship, she makes sure that she has been worshiping long before she ever lets out a note. After all, how can she lead others to a place that she hasn’t already been?

Denise is available to speak or lead worship at conferences, camps, retreats, and revivals.
